Condensed job description:
Operations Manager: Must have experience in management and ski industry. Will be responsible for day to day operations of 3 stores, meeting and tracking sales and payroll. Will also work with owners and managers to train staff, maintain a high level of customer service as well as learn and follow through on company procedures and policies. Must have strong customer service skills.
Store Manager: Must have experience in management preferably in a ski/snowboard or related field. Will be responsible for the day to day operation of the store, meeting and tracking sales and payroll. Will work with Operations Manager as well as owners and other store managers to achieve daily and long term company goals. Must have strong customer service skills.
Sales and Marketing: Sales and Marketing position based in our reservations department located at Snow Mountain Sports. Position involves cold calling sales leads to sell ski/snowboard rentals to individuals and groups as well as making reservations for individuals and groups. Also working with data base to capture past guests. Must have good organizational skills, multitask and work with operations. Local marketing will involve working with current lodging partners and developing new relationships. As we all do everything at times outfitting guest with rentals etc. will be part of the job when need be.
Ski and Snowboard Rental Technicians: You must be friendly, have good customer service/ people skills and a desire to ski and snowboard! We will supply you with training needed to do the job. Job will entail working with guest to rent skis and snowboard, selling accessories, upkeep of equipment, running a POS cash register as well as other duties needed to run the store.
